1. Have a heavy breakfast for you to have a full energy to face the whole day’s challenges. Why heavy? It is because the breakfast’s effect can last a long time. So eat breakfast like a king.
2. Do not eat foods that contain too much sugar. Foods with high content of sugar are pastries, chocolates, carbonated drinks and the like. Foods with lots of sugar don’t necessarily have calories; you can obtain calories from foods that are rich in carbohydrate.
3. Foods with high content of glycemic index must be avoided. Those foods will produce glucose through quickly breaking down. Then it will enter directly to the bloodstream. And when the sugar reached a high level in the bloodstream, insulin will be released and therefore a fat storage will be produced.
4. It is suggested that you drink lots of water for your body to function well. Averagely, a person must consume 2.5 liters of water daily. If you’re a type of person that’s into sport, then you should double the quantity that you’ll consume.
5. It is recommended that you drink small amount of liquids during your meal because the acids that have important roles in the digestion process re weakened by high liquid consumption.
6. Avoid emotional eating. You may have a habit of emotional eating when you’re depressed and the like. This will easily turn to addictive behavior which can be risky to your health.
7. Practice eating frozen fruits to improve the metabolism process. Logic behind this is the body needs to work harder in bringing the food at certain temperature for the good digestion. As a result, the metabolic rate will increase which helps to burn larger fat amounts.
8. Practice eating organic food because they contain less amount of preservative. Chemicals which are used as preservatives can affect the smooth function of body systems.
9. Eating fibrous foods must be added in your diet for they help in cleaning our digestive system. Undigested foods will rot when not removed, thus this will result to health problems. Fibers will do the job of cleaning it.
